Fr. Musana

Director

Fr. Musana started his role in 2004. He is a Diocesan priest and social development expert who is passionate about  improving livelihoods of  unprivileged rural communities. His passion for serving humanity both as a priest and a social development champion serves as motivation for his continued dedication to humanitarian world. Fr. Musana has extensive experience in development and humanitarian work spanning over 30 years.


Ms. Julian Yagala

Coordinator – Justice and Peace

Ms. Julian Yagala is an experienced Social worker with over16 years in development work.
 Ms. Yagala is the coordinator for women youth and gender and Justice and peace programs.
 She offers technical support in planning, management and implementation of  programs
 such as human rights, good governance and accountability, Skill and Empower women and
 youth, and protection of the rights of children

Owing to her deeper understanding of this area, Ms. Yagala is passionate about
promoting human rights and improving household incomes among the vulnerable and
advocating for good governance to enable the citizenry enjoy their freedoms and
human dignity.
She holds Bachelor of Arts in Education from Makerere University and Masters of
Public Administration from Mountains of the Moon University.

Ms. Pamela Kabasinguzi

Program manager  – Hygiene,Water and Sanitation (HEWASA)

Pamela Kabasinguzi Teddy is Social Scientist with experience of over 17 years in
development work. Ms. Kabasinguzi supports the management and running of
programs at Caritas in various social activities. She has previously worked with
international organizations such as Water Aid and Save the Children.
Ms. Kabasinguzi is passionate about holistic transformation of human being to be able
to live in a sustainable environment.
She holds Master’s in Public Management and a diploma in Personnel Management
and industrial relations.

Ms. Anna Manyindo

Program manager –  Agriculture Development Program

Anne Manyindo is an experienced Social Worker with over 25years of practice. Ms.
Manyindo is the Project Coordinator Restore Africa Project (RESAF), a position she has
held since 2023.
She was previously the Project Manager Agriculture Development Project (ADP),
Project Leader Environment and Sustainable Agriculture Project (ESAP), Project Leader
Family Health Project, Project Leader Child Protection Project (CPP), Project Officer
Orphans and Vulnerable Children program among other portfolios.
Ms. Manyindo is passionate about promoting human rights, Agriculture, Environment
Conservation and working with local community groups and rural development spheres
She holds Diploma in Environment Education, Development and Practical Skills and
Bachelors in Development Studies from Makerere University.

MR. Cristopher. K. Mujwisa

Financial Controller

Mr. Mujwisa is a seasoned Accountant and Consulting Advisor in the areas of financial
management and reporting, Tax advisory, financial monitoring and budgetary control,
Programme evaluations, quality assurance, corporate governance, audit and statutory
compliances. He has had a hands-on professional experience spanning 29 years and has
successfully taken on multi-facet engagements with the private sector where he has

supported businesses in microfinance, Forex, Media Houses as well as cross boarder
procurement, logistics and supply chain distribution.

Kembabazi. K. Rosemary

Program manager –Financial services

Ms. Kembabazi. K. Rosemary is an experienced financial and procurement officer owing to her 12 years of practice.

Kembabazi is passionate about improving household incomes of vulnerable women and youth through provision of loans and promoting transparent in procurement process.

She holds a Bachelors’ degree in procurement and supply chain management and a post graduate Diploma in Human Resource and management from Mekerere University
